Vaccines
Only granting access to delegates with valid COVID vaccine certificates.
Precautions
Even with the vaccines in place, we’ll keep precautions such as booking an overly large conference room and keeping desks apart.
Disinfection
Hotel staff will be disinfecting frequently touched surfaces as well as ventillating the entire venue during breaks.
Individually Plated Meals
In the cafeteria/exhibiting foyer we’re serving individually plated meals only and marking safe distance rules nonetheless.

Are we getting the presentations in electronic format?
Yes, all EHSC’ 21 delegates will receive all of the presentation files after the event sent around via email. Not only this, all of the workshop content including the slides and handouts will also be distributed for recap and learning.
Does the fee include accommodation and meals during the conference?
The registration fee includes everything but the accomodation, so welcome-morning-afternoon coffe breaks (+Brain Breaks), extensive lunch on Day 1 & Day 2, panoramic dinner at Day 1 night access to all presentations and the presentation slides.
Are there special room rates reserved for participants at the venue hotel?
Yes, we have reserved rooms at the Ellington Hotel Berlin: EHS Congress delegates receive accommodation info upon registration.
Do I need to get vaccinated against COVID to join?
Yes, we require all delegates to bring vaccine certification in order to attend. More details on this in Q3 closer to the event when the vaccnation programs are in full swing and we know more.
What if Germany/Berlin will impose border control or curfew in November against COVID?
All European Union members are granted equal ammount of vaccinations and handle their own programs. The amount is well over what’s necessary to have 70% immunity and according to official EU sources all adults can be vaccinated by the end of 2021. Therefore it is reasonable to expect that by November life can get back to normal, with potentially some social distancing/face-mask requirements in special instances. We hope that the precautions we are taking will be adequate to meet German requirements for the time in order to host the event.
